Abstract Submission Guidelines:

Invited Speakers:

Invited speaker should submit abstract in 500 words
-
The biodata in 300 words and a photograph should be provided.

You may submit the abstract online on the website in English.
Delegates:
-
The abstract should be restricted to maximum 250 words.
-
The final deadline to submit the abstract is 5th November 2019
-
Abstracts should be submitted online on website in English.
It is the author's responsibility to submit a correct abstract as any error in spelling, grammar or scientific facts will be reproduced.

All Registered delegates are welcome to submit the Abstracts in free communication.
The Membership of IWSA is mandatory for submission of papers in the award sessions of Conference.
General Instructions for preparing the ABSTRACT:

Title of the abstract should be centered over the main body in UPPER CASE in bold letters. Abbreviations must not be used in the title. Title should be limited to 30 words.

Name of the presenting author should be in italics & underlined, along with his/her full address including email-ID. Authors from different institutions should be identified by superscript numeral indices at the end of that author's name. No title [Prof., Dr., etc.] or qualification [Ph.D, MD, etc] should be added.

Body of the text: Commence 2 lines below the last affiliation and type using single space.

Abbreviations must be defined by placing them in [parentheses] after the full word, the first time the word appears in the text. Use numerals to indicate numbers except at the beginning of a sentence. No graphs/images/tables should be included in the abstract.

Abstract selection:

The abstract is non-transferable for presentation by any other delegate except indexed author of the abstract.

Please indicate type of the abstract (Oral or Poster) to be presented.

All abstracts submitted for oral and poster sessions will go through a review by a panel of scientific committee. Abstracts submitted for oral presentation, if not selected for oral presentation, will be considered for poster presentation.

Your abstract, if accepted, will appear in the abstract book / souvenir / proceedings of the conference (Special Issue of IWSA) which will be distributed to all delegates during the conference in either electronic version or as a hard copy.
Poster Presentation:
The size of the poster should be 90 x 120 cm width x height respectively and need to be displayed in portrait form.
